Sam has a background in one of the largest suburban firms in Melbourne so she has the skills and expertise of a large firm and offers you, along with her expanding team of staff, the personalised service of a small firm. We are also passionate about living and supporting local community groups and are active in the non-profit sector.

The Keats Team are all heading again to the Xero Roadshow on Tuesday 16 Feb and therefore we will not be available on this day for appointments.   We will be attending sessions on Xero’s new key initiatives and exciting upcoming projects, learning about the latest Add-on programs and of course how to more easily facilitate our compliance tasks such as tax returns and activity statements.

Sam Soar Awards Winner14/11/15

Sam was delighted to receive the Business Owner (service award) at the Soar Collective Awards night.

Jacki Mitchell, who was the judge of this category commented that of all the applications, Keats Accounting was a clear winner as it identified a point of difference, talked about the contribution of staff, and listened to its client needs.   These awards recognise outstanding business women on the Peninsula, so Sam was very pleased to be a part of this special evening.

Important Deadline Dates

28/10 – Lodgement of September (quarterly) BAS paper form
28/10 – September quarter superannuation payments are due
28/10 – September quarter PAYG instalments
31/10 – Deadline for going onto Keats tax client list to get the extension for lodgement of 2015 tax return until 15/5/16
2/11 – 2015 tax returns (if self-lodging) – for Keats clients, this only applies if you have overdue returns.
21/11 – October monthly BAS due
25/11 – Extended deadline for September quarter BAS lodged via Keats Accounting
21/12 – November monthly BAS due
23/12 – Keats Accounting closes for the Christmas break at 12.00pm.
4/1/2016 – Keats Accounting opens for 2016.
